Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, customers can place orders by phone from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Phone number: +359 66 801558
When will my order be shipped?
Items that are listed as available on our online store will be shipped the same day if the order is placed until 12:00, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. For products that are not in stock, we will contact you to further specify delivery.
How do I know that my order has been placed?

Can I pay for my order by cash on delivery?
Yes of course! You can pay the order you made to the courier who delivers the order to you.
